Mustafa Kirisci and Prof. Andrew Enterline presented "Dangerous Partners: Ethnic Kinship Ties, Arms Exports and the Outbreak of Civil War" Tuesday, November 14th from 2:00 - 3:30 in 267 Wooten Hall. Mustafa Kirisci presented, "Gendarmerie, Rule of Law and Civilian Victimization in Civil Wars" on Friday, February 26.
